Refund and Returns Policy
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Process:
- Contact our customer service team at customercare@alexamors.com or (310) 677-6746 to initiate a return.
- Package the item securely and include the original packing slip.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will ship the new item once we receive the returned item.
